Myla has over fifteen years experience in devloping and conducting diversity, equity, conflict resolution and human resources training within public organizations. Her specialty is in conducting employment claims investigations as well as creating experiential training programs. Myla holds a graduate degree in Public Service from Ball State University with Advanced Studies in Adult Learning and Mediation. She is a graduate of the Defense Equal Opportunity Management Institute. She obtained her Professional Mediation Skills Certificate from the University of Washington Law School Foundation.
Allen Estes, Program Analyst, Trainer, Facilitator, Investigator
Allen has over twenty years experience in developing and conducting Diversity and Equal Employment Opportunity Training, beginning with his appointment as a Military Equal Opportunity Advisor in the conflict ridden 1970's. Allen holds an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of San Francisco with a Master of Science from the University of Southern California. He is a graduate of the Defense Race Relations Institute's Field Training Program, a Cultural Diversity Facilitator Certificate from the Wshington State Criminal Justice Department and a Professional Mediation Skills Certificate from the University of Washington Law School Foundation.
